I am a light worker, lover and adventurer on a mission to help people awaken to their highest potential, purpose and to live a life they love. It’s important to me to create safe and inclusive spaces where everyBODY feels seen and welcome exactly as they are. You can find me leading yoga teacher trainings, global healing retreats, special events and workshops, ecstatic dance, sound healing, breathwork journeys and more. All of my offerings are held with a trauma-informed lens, which simply put means I guide my students to listen intuitively to their bodies, their needs and to explore what feels best for them while doing my best to create a safe space for everyone.

I believe that in living our own yoga we can truly come alive, embrace our light and our dark, shine brightly, love fully, be present and live a heart centered life.
