Hemalayaa combines yoga with free-form dance and positive affirmations to remove the obstacles to perfect health, our most radiant-self, and ultimately our still and unwavering center. In order to get to that stillness, that place of peace that resides in every one of us, we use powerful (wild) practices to recycle the negative thoughts and transcend them into powerful intentions for our lives. Hemalayaa will guide us to breaking down the barriers that hold us back from experiencing a powerful spiritual connection.
