At age 18 I found myself very caught up in the hectic nature of life without tools to keep myself steady and grounded. I was blessed to attend massage school during that time where my study of the human body and relationship to energetics started to change the whole way I saw and approached life and health. In that same year I started practicing yoga. The combination of these two avenues moved my life in a new and uplifting direction.

The next important element of this journey happened when I went to my first double gong meditation with my dear teachers Sangeet Kaur Khalsa and Hari Nam Singh. The power of the sound and vibrations from the gong produced an overwhelming and beautiful change and over time I started to uncover the "hows" and "whys" of that deep adjustment through sound. I feel very grateful for all of the opportunities I have had to become a Teacher and a Healer, parallel paths in my life through which I serve. I feel there is so much left to learn and explore and I know I will forever be a student in this life and it's that sense of awe that I encourage everyone to uncover within themselves. From there, we can relate to this unfolding consciousness as the miracle it is and our journey becomes more joyful.
