Bliss Yoga
Limited Capacity seats available

Celebrating all aspects that bring the "aahhhh" to yoga. We begin with community introductions, then move into a bit of Ha Ha Yoga (guided chuckles), a couple soothing kirtan songs, and pranayama.

We then surrender into a gentle, slow moving, breath-connected, meditative asana, accompanied by sacred music, while inviting deep connection, emotional balancing and integration.

All levels are welcome to come relax and rejoice and rejuvenate. Not a ‘no pain no gain’ class. We will connect our hearts and celebrate this amazing time of Shift on Earth. We finish with shavasana accompanied by delicious music, closing with a chorus of Oms, ahhhhhhhhh.
