Do you have a life vision for yourself? Is it full of optimism and opportunities? Or are you on the brink yet, hindered by a story that has kept you in a life holding pattern of self sabotage? Imagine the ability to see your triggers and catch them before they begin. Imagine your sense of self worth is full of confidence and support from your soul. Imagine yourself supported by the universe and grateful for every day. This is possible with meditation and gratitude. Join Leah as she will teach you two meditation practices. The first will align your body, mind and spirit with the power of your breath. The second will direct your energy for greater clarity, purpose and inspiration. Couple these practices with gratitude and you are sure to expand. Leah will encourage students to take home the practice of gratitude, whether it is by speaking, writing or visualizing. Ultimately the individual experience requires the act of doing the practice. Show up for this session. The ancient meditation practices taught are for those individuals who are ready to release fear and expand their life vision.

Emotions are messages. Meditate to listen

Our physical body is tangible to the touch. Our emotions are messages from our body, mind, and spirit. Meditation is the bridge between all aspects of ourself. By quieting the physical body, we give our mind and spirit an opportunity to listen to the internal dialogue between all aspects of ourselves. In this class, Leah will offer two meditations. The first on the basic act of listening to and connecting to our senses and body. The second meditation offers an experience that, by placing attention in a particular area of the body it can reduce emotions such as anxiety and increase emotions like confidence. We begin from the outside and work our way in. We start with the tangible confidence in our physical body as we explore the more subtle aspects of our feelings. So that we are present and aware in our body, mind, spirit ; to awaken in life with expanded awareness. For without awareness we are blindly moving though life. For example, lets say you are confronted with trauma or pain and you do not have a reference point to your mind and emotions to guide you through this challenging time. Meditation will give you that reference point. It is a viable life tool that you can add to your life tool kit, and best thing is! that you can use it any way that you choose. To further enhance your life during the best times and the times of struggle. Come to this class to experience your true nature. That of joy, peace and love.
