Energize Chakra with Love, Joy, Peace, Compassion
Chakra is a Sanskrit word that literally means “wheel” or “turning”. These energy points can be visualized as spinning focal points that both receive and transmit energy. Through concentrating on your seven chakras, you are able to “spin” these points, thus moving energy to nourish your body and the environment. Chakras are the fundamentals to understanding the practice of Yoga. Energizing chakra with love, joy, peace, and compassion increases your energy. You consciously follow the physical direction to stimulate and balance chakras. The experiences vary to accommodate your need at that point in time. You align with Divine Consciousness in real time. You give permission to allow divine consciousness to meet you where you are in that moment. There is a broad and universal frequency that allows and encourages you to expand. The Divine Consciousness frequency then aligns with the needed healing, creating a customized healing experience. Imagine the potential within you to play in a protected and expanded space. In other words, there is direct healing, nurturing, and a protected path to personally expand in an infinite way, incorporating physics and higher vibrational realities!

Working with Difficult Emotions

Everyone has had the experience of feeling controlled by strong emotions, which can lead to further difficulties. How can we learn to work with the wisdom inherent in these emotions without letting them do harm to ourselves or others? If we consider our own experience, we usually realize that trying to "control" our emotions doesn't help in the long run, nor does acting out based on them. In Vajrayana Buddhism it is said that emotions have the co-emergent properties of both wisdom and confusion. How can we learn to separate them so that we are using the wisdom without acting out the confusion? This session will give practice with several contemplative practices from Buddhist traditions to help us learn to work with our emotions skillfully. We don't need to demonize our difficult emotions, nor do we need to be controlled by them. The practices offered are powerful, and range in difficulty (over and above the inherent difficulty of trying to learn new emotional habits), but there should be something for everyone. Warning: These practices put us into direct contact with difficult and unresolved emotions, and this will not be the right space for helping people to cope with what may arise. If you may need more support than you can give yourself, please make a plan for that.

Experiencing The power and heart of the White Buffalo and White Buffalo Calf Woman

After attempting to make a homeopathic remedy from the frequency of a pregnant White Buffalo in Flagstaff, I discovered that the one I had made from her shed fur carried powerful highly spiritual frequencies. These were best transmitted during meditation. Their blessings and effects have amazed me and others. Many, including myself, actually felt the presence and blessings of White Buffalo Calf Woman, and an amazing peace and love opening the heart chakra. Since then I have told Her story (White Buffalo Calf Woman) and used the spray in many groups and ceremonies. In this session we will explore my story with Her, Her story, and then Her Essence with the special mist Essence that opens us to her magic. Everyone is blown away with the experience- even those who have never meditated. Her Essence also has strong healing properties for pain, and tight, sore muscles and joints. Spraying it topically makes certain yoga postures easier for those who have problems with them too. while best used during meditation, it can also be used for fussy children and adults out of sorts with their heart chakras! The presentation will include  a meditation with the Essence mist for everyone, ending with a healing for the planet in the true spirit of the White Buffalo and her message of unity and the healing of Mother Earth.

The Figure 8 is an amazing healing and meditation technique to intensify the energy of your chakra to enjoy a proactive life. You will stay supercharged to overcome your physical, emotional, and mental challenges. You can charge yourself when you feel drained just the same way you charge your cell phone when it is low in battery. This energy circulation technique is like the earth’s electromagnetic field that extends from the Earth’s interior out into the space. You can also extend your energy inward to keep yourself charged up and extend it naturally outward to your environment. It will increase your sleep time, keep you grounded and expand at the same time.

The “Three Noble Truths (TNTs): good thoughts, good deeds, and good speech for healing and meditation. According to the on-going neuroscience research, the TNTs enable you to become happier, more intelligent, promote higher self-control, and getting “in the Zone”. Healing PAQ is using the most advanced neuroscience technology such as EEG (Electro Encephalogram), and fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to research the influence of TNTs on the human brain.
