Join Dre for a workshop and learn how to fly! Arm balances teach us playfulness, humility and how to move past the biggest, obstacle – fear. Dre will take you through a 30-minute vinyasa flow to build heat and prepare the body to arm balance, teach you the secret to making arm balancing accessible, and will workshop how to do each pose, step-by-step. Learn the keys to Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Flying Splits (Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and II), Eight Angle Pose (Astavakra), and Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana I and II).
