Yoga Peace with Roxanne Wessel

Session Description: We will ride share in a festival van to our trail head where we will enjoy an easy walk, look, and listen. Amidst the walls of rock, history, and unique flora,& fauna, our new favorite spots await for us to immerse in the beauty and grandeur of our dear Sedona.    We will enjoy an expansive practice of Yoga Peace as we open, lengthen, & free our own inner sense through gentle warm ups, standing poses, hip openers, and photo ops.   Be cradled by the red stone, in full on nature, as we melt into a lovely relaxation with sound healing, In this time of Yoga Peace we are adding to the light of the world in cultivating peace on earth. 

Bio: “Joy to the World and Peace on Earth”, she says~ Roxanne is happy to share her fluffy light in bringing joy to the world. “It’s fun to acknowledge that experiences which create uplift & joy are, indeed, generating Peace On EARTh” She happily incorporates this peaceful easy feelin? Into her relaxing, expansive classes.

Requirements & Preparation: Mobility & fitness level: All participants must be capable of hiking 2-3 miles on uneven surfaces as well as navigate various gradients of terrain without the assistance of a walking aid or third party. Each participant must maintain a current health level that is conducive to hiking at 4000 + elevation without preexisting health conditions that could jeopardize the safety of self or others.
