This informative and experiential class will cover: • Your spine and how it works • Proper posture • Tractioning and lengthening the spine • Strengthening the spinal stabilizers and balancing core strength • Retraining muscles of the spine (flexion, extension, lateral movement and rotation) • Retraining movement patterns • Hydration of the discs Suitable for any level of practitioner or instructors who want to deepen their understanding of spinal therapeutics.
