In this up-tempo backbend align & flow class, you will be invited to embody the mythology of Hanuman, reconnect with your hearts deepest desire and take the leap to live a radically inspired life.  Peak pose Eka Pada Urdhva Danurasana (one legged full wheel pose), modifications will be offered for all bodies.
