Through guided breathing techniques, and a 5 gong 5 crystal bowl sound bath you will have the opportunity to get clear, connected to your higher self, and expand your light. If you are looking for a way to experience a more expanded version of yourself this is the class for you. This is an experience that will last beyond the actual 2 hours of the class. After being directed through a personal invocation to access the higher parts of yourself, we will launch into the two part class. The first part is breathwork, which is accompanied by music chosen precisely for this event. Robert is an expert in guiding you through the breathwork in a manner that keeps you connected and integrated throughout the experience. This leads to authentic emotional and energetic clearing that will leave you feeling lighter and brighter. The second part is the 5 gong, 5 bowl sound bath which will be especially potent after the breathwork. Only the highest quality gongs and bowls are used, and Jamie’s skilled, graceful and fluid technique of playing will lead you into a deep meditative state, amplifying your connection to your soul.
