Emotional Freedom Technique is the best known of the anti-trauma techniques using energy psychology principles. The related Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) is simplified but both have strong research backgrounds. Dr. Wesch has applied both with over 5,000 trauma patients on active duty military and civilian settings. The Energy Psychology system are useful for self-care and helping others with trauma histories. The history and theories behind these techniques will be presented as well as the specific research evidence supporting these interesting tools.
