The “Three Noble Truths (TNTs): good thoughts, good deeds, and good speech for healing and meditation. According to the on-going neuroscience research, the TNTs enable you to become happier, more intelligent, promote higher self-control, and getting “in the Zone”. Healing PAQ is using the most advanced neuroscience technology such as EEG (Electro Encephalogram), and fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to research the influence of TNTs on the human brain. The self-healing guided meditation audio has increased the average brain waves more than 3 times among 60 EEG participants. The silent distance healing video has increased the average brain waves more than 4 times among 60 EEG participants. The fMRI demonstrates an extensive amount of blood flow to the visual cortex and the pre-frontal cortex that is the executive commander of the brain.
