Learn the importance of healing the nervous system after a traumatic event. After life-stressful situations the body somaticize the emotions not correctly processed and creates neurological patterns that affect our daily life reactions and actions. In this workshop you will understand what happens in your brain and body when you go through a traumatic event, and how you can release those effects through different breathing techniques, self-care practices, and movement. This workshop will include some theory, journaling, breathing exercises and some movement too. Prepare to understand how your life changing events have affect your behavior and how you can break the pattern and release those emotions stuck in your body.
