Donny Starkins is international yoga instructor, mindfulness teacher and life coach from Phoenix, Arizona. As a former Division 1 baseball player, Donny’s yoga journey started in 2005 by searching for pain relief after seven operations on his left knee. Fast forward to today, Donny has become one of the dynamic leaders in the industry. He leads classes and seminars internationally, incorporating asana and self-love with clear energy and authentic belief in the power of yoga. He is the official yoga instructor for the Phoenix Suns and educates other professional athletes in the ways of yoga and mindfulness. Some of today’s leading yoga brands such as lululemon and Spiritual Gangster have recognized Donny’s passion and selected him to carry their message too. With an emphasis on mindfulness, he challenges each student while encouraging breath awareness and bringing clarity to alignment.
